50 grams carrots

50 grams peas

2 large garlic cloves

1 onion or 2. Depends the size.

400grm mince meat

2 tablespoons olive oil

100 grams tomatoes or cherry tomatoes. 500 grams tagliatelle or more. Depends on how many people you will serve.

Method:

Pour the oil in the pan and warm it up for a minute on minimum heat, then add parsley, basil, meat seasoning, chilli if you like or curry, and oregano, onion and garlic, and stir. Pour 1 inch red wine, make sure they are nearly ready, then put tomatoes in the liquidizer and once it became a puree. Continue to stir the pan on low heat meanwhile or it will burn. Then add a cube of veggie or beef.

Now fill another pan with the water and put a 5 pinches of kosher salt. And bring it to the boil.

Then return to the sauce.

Once it's boiling and nearly ready add mince meat 1 wooden spoon sized and stir then again and again till its nearly dissolved. 5 minutes before its ready add peas and carrots. And stir for 10 more minutes.

Back to the other pan.

Once it came to the boil, add a tablespoon of olive oil and then after 2 minutes add the tagliatelle slowly. And stir continuously for 1 min.

Count 8 min and every 4 min stir.

The sauce seems to be nicely done so you can switch off the cooker or the stove and leave it there in its heat and covered.

Once the past is ready rinse it from the water and wash it with cold water so it won't be sticky. Use your hands and fingers slowly so it won't break or tangle.

Then back to the pan and add the sauce and stir with spoon and fork and serve.

I do not see why there are people want to be parents when they are unfit to be one. That will make the child suffer. It's not about the money or where to live. It's about emotional and mental state and also physical evidence too. Meaning don't be a parent and then get a nanny. Or send your child under your own family or friend for some hours or days. You need to be there for your child. You need to discipline your child but with right measure. Not too much strict but either lack of it. And right amount of attention and love. Study your own child needs and wants. Reach your child properly and if you can't see someone that can and not manipulate him or her in the wrong way. But people don't get it. There are people out there who uses violence physical or verbal or both? Then you wonder how the bloody fucking christ turned out to be your child. Protect your child the way you could but not enough to suffocate the social life out. Tell the truth to your child when it's right time. Not when you see fit to your own convenience. That is manipulation. And if your child happens to be slow learning then support your child all the way not abuse him or her with nasty words such as retard? Good for nothing, empty shell, ignorant etc.... because if you do that than I shall qualify you as the most unfit parent and take the custody away from you to give it to someone else who really is fittable for that job.

Who agrees?

I agree with some of what you posted. I do not think nanny's should raise kids... I think children should be raised by family and community... that saying it takes a village to raise a child. My father had a good job and a trade. My mother was a homemaker. My father lost his jobs due to lay offs where he worked. There were no jobs around. He was a foreman at a factory. when it closed it put 3,000 people looking for jobs in a community of only about 5,000 people. he started to drink. My mother told him to stop or get out. He got out. That left my mother to raise 5 boys on her own. She had to go to work. However family members and the village stepped in and watched us as they did many other children where we lived. We never went to day care. In this age of how society is with job loses and yes people are still getting laid off. Companies are down sizing, job security is not what it should be... sometimes people find themselves where they have no choice but to put there kids in day cares. Where I grew up kids respected our Elders. It is not like that now in most places. Value systems, morals are going out the windows and kids are being raised by computers, the internet. We played outside when we came home from school. We played games in the woods, built forts were active. We had a tv but only was allowed to watch it 3x a week for an hour. There were rarely any over weight kids around because we did not sit in front of a tv or a computer. kids growing up now are in bad physical shape. Society today is in very bad shape... the family unit is dying.
